Truly Fed Ministries offers two course selections:

1.)  A six week course designed to take participants through the stages of healing.  Some of the class titles are:

• Do I really want to get well?
• I am free to look at myself honestly.
• I am free to learn about true hunger.
• My past does not control my future.
• I don't have to listen to the voices within me.
• I am free to walk in freedom and obedience.
• My sanity is worth fighting for.

2.)  A two day seminar that touches on all of the above topics.  Both classes offer group interaction as well as personal reflection and application.
